penelope cruz's dress was definitely the best of the big stars. i couldn't find a picture but the director of the documentary that won had a GORGEOUS red dress on. sheesh!
and as much as the girl annoys some of you, you have to admit she looks really nice in this dress! i love it.
and my pick for worst dressed:
sheesh. wtf even is that??? it looks like a cocktail napkin with a dust ruffle accent. and it's like 2 inches too long!!! the bottom looks so gross. she's an idiot.
